PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE – JULY
Good day fellow REALTORS® of the Niagara Association of REALTORS®
Wow! 2009 has been such a great year so far. We have surpassed 2008 sales during our second quarter of 2009. Congratulations!!!
Although record low sales were projected during this so-called recession, we have managed to exceed expectations by 10%. People in Niagara stopped listening to all the negative media and decided with low interest rates and the Home Renovation Tax Credit that it was time to buy a home.
Your Association has worked hard in many different ways to promote the use of a professional REALTOR® through radio ads produced by CREA and the Government Relations Committee lobbying the government for your rights. We will continue to work hard for you through 2009 and beyond.
